| Introduction | Cesium formate is a prismatic crystal. It is soluble in hot water. Cesium oxalate can be generated when heated to 400 ℃ in water. Cesium carbonate reacts with formic acid to obtain formate, remove the excess formic acid by recrystallization, and crystallize from ethanol with ether. |
